Deadline to accept UBC’s offer of academic admission, in order to be considered for the First Year Guarantee.

Residence offers are sent by email. Applicants have seven days to accept the offer and pay first instalment of residence/meal plan fees.

Deadline to apply for early arrival.

Deadline to apply for a UBCcard and receive it in your residence move-in package for Jump Start Move In Day.

The option to have your UBCcard delivered to residence typically opens in mid-July. Please check the applicable box in your UBCcard application.
